All reports are sent exclusively to CMC's SGS department which guarantees that they will be treated confidentially in accordance with EU regulation 376/2014 which defines the "Just Culture" policy that is in the company.

To log in :
- For PNs, use the same identifiers as for the Vortex Mobile application installed on the tablets.
- For the PS, the identifier is the email address and the password is the registration number. It is possible to change the password once logged in.
